General Responsibilities:

  • Technically savvy, with proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program (preferred) with relevant coursework in HR, business administration, management, marketing, public relations, communications, or similar

  • Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment when working with confidential data

  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently; meet deadlines, take initiative and follow through

  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success.

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.

  • Ability to anticipate needs beyond general completion of assigned tasks
