Technically savvy, with proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program (preferred) with relevant coursework in HR, business administration, management, marketing, public relations, communications, or similar
Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment when working with confidential data
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently; meet deadlines, take initiative and follow through
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
Ability to anticipate needs beyond general completion of assigned tasks
