General Responsibilities

Manager Lease Administration

Provides critical database management of the Real Estate and Concessions lease and concessions administration system and administration of owned, leased and concession properties for all Corporate North American and European locations. Supervises a Global Lease Administration Team of seven to eight persons. Hertz currentlyusesTririgato manage its portfolio.

Inputs critical details of all contracts and leases entered intoTririga. The abstracts of those contracts and leases are produced fromTririgaand are the authorization for payment of over $600 million in rents and fees for North America and will become the authorization for the payment of over $100 million in rents and fees in Europe. Abstracts for North American locations are produced daily from the database and forwarded to Accounts Payable in OKC for payment.

Oversees the task of managing the inclusion of details from all European, Australian and New Zealand contracts and leases.

Reviews and approves all concession abstracts and all audits for airport locations to ensure that the correct adjustments are made to Minimum Annual Guarantees.

Handles airport audit settlement questions with OKC – Properties and Concessions.

Handles Landlord issues regarding balances due and other payment Issues.

Creates special reports from Tririga for other internal Hertz Departments as requested (e.g. special reports for annual BP for RAC and Sales) and works on Special Projects – e.g. FBO Locations, MAG Abatements.

Logon ID requests for Real Estate, Concessions and Lease Administration Personnel.

  • Approval of e-forms for access to REM/Tririga

  • Record Retention Schedule

  • Budget forgroup

  • Sox Compliance CPD

  • Able to perform all job functions of the Contracts & Lease

E ducational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Experience:

  • 3-5 years lease management experience in a corporate environment

  • Experience managing real property databases

  • Understanding of lease language and contracts

  • Supervised a small team

  • Software system familiarity (e.g. Tririga, Real Estate Manager, Kube,ProLease, etc.)

  • Concession experience, particularly airport concessions, a plusSkills:

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Organizational Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Work effectively within the Hertz organization
