General Responsibilities:

As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will be part of a cross-functional E-Commerce teamthatuses quantitative methods and project management skills to deliver innovation and solutions to pressing business needs. Uses technical skills to create and manipulate complex first, second and third-party data to discover patterns, relationships, opportunities and actionable insights. Candidate must be able to turn data into meaningful and actionable insights to help inform and improve E-Commerce performance. You will be expected to provide original contributions such as optimization, reporting, and needed improvements to help deliver results. Serves as decision support specialist for E-Commerce leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Access, integrate, analyze and interpret customer, marketing and financial data

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine analytics objectives and ensure data quality across all aspects of digital data

  • Provide insights that help answer business questions

  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, computer science, physics or related field

  • 3 years’ professional experience in data science or data analytics

  • 3 years’ experience with SQL and working knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (R, Python, etc.)

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Driven and curious self-learner capable of advancing projects with minimal guidance

  • Uses analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data to inform decisions

  • Must be extremely organized, able to effectively manage the workflow of multiple projects within a fluid environment

  • Comfort in communicating complex quantitative analyses in clear, precise and actionable manners with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Excellent professional and interpersonal skills

Preferred Requirements :

Preferred Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience at an e-commerce or online retailer

  • Knowledge of key digital marketing KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)

  • Advanced degree in quantitative field
