The Hertz Corporation Senior Incentive Analyst in Estero, Florida
The Senior Incentive Analyst will assist in the administration, design and management of the frontline incentive plans and resport into the Senior Director Compensation.
Key result areas:
Incentive Calculation, Analysis and Reporting
Responsible for calculation frontline incentives:
Establish process for calculation, tracking, reporting of the monthly incentives for frontline employees in operations
Monthly calculation of incentives
Communication of incentives and results to payroll and RAC Operations
Analysis of plan effectiveness and results
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Respond to Compliance and Audit requests as needed
Training/communications with RAC Operations and HR Business partners
Write and distribute new plan documents; maintain documents with any plan changes
Provide monthly incentive estimates (accruals) to finance team
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
3-5 years incentive/sales experience
Demonstrated success in a dynamic, frequently changing and geographically diverse environment.
- Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, company policies and operations.
Mathematical aptitude, strong analysis skills
Candidate will need strong experience in excel, power point and databases
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with top management.
Must be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality
Willing to learn and be flexible as tasks could vary occasionally
Will interact directly with employees and managers up to the Regional level via phone/email – communication skills, both written and oral are imperative
Ability to work independently
Highly organized and detail oriented
