The Hertz Corporation Support Services Specialist in Estero, Florida

General Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

The Support Services MultiSkilled Specialist position is responsible for implementing a wide variety of Hertz products and services. This position has a primary focus of implementing programs and rates for any product that is CDP, IT, or PC driven. The MultiSkilled Specialist will need to be able to support Sales and Marketing personnel with the implementation of contractual and marketing programs within predetermined time frames.

Mandatory Requirements:

Key-result areas

  1. Ensures rates and rate codes are built into Sales Systems and RAM to enable revenue generation.

  2. Builds and maintains Contracts and CDPIDs in Sales Systems to support all CDP driven programs. These include Commercial, Government, Association, Insurance Replacement, Entertainment Services, and Marketing programs.

  3. Builds and maintains Tour programs in Tour Master File, eForms, and Tour Automation Database to support all IT driven programs.

  4. Builds and maintains Promotion Codes in RAM and Res Maintenance to support all PC driven programs.

  5. Log, review, and prepare all types of contracts for implementation.

  6. Verify compliance with pricing standards established by Park Ridge/Senior Management.

  7. Audit and verity the input of information into multiple systems.

  8. Implement Target Market Discount Pricing in RAM.

  9. Research and resolve booking and rate issues for all CDP, IT, and PC driven programs.

  10. Answer questions from the Sales field (phone & email).

  11. Meet or exceed product Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

  12. Meet or exceed department productivity standards.

  13. Handle maintenance of accounts in the Sales Systems, Tour, and PC databases.

  14. Supports Sales and Marketing with the development of new programs.

  15. Other duties as assigned by the Manager or Lead.

Educational Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Professional Experience:

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Hertz/Dollar Thrifty CDPIDs, Contract Rates, Tour Programs, or Promotion Codes preferred.

  • Knowledge requirements will be provided through on-the-job training.

  • Experience in Auditing and Verifying.

  • Experience in analysing and interpreting contracts and reports.

Skills:

  • Data Entry experience with on-line Database.

  • Alpha/Numeric Data Entry (test required).

  • MS Office Excel knowledge (test required).

  • Excellent written communication skills (test required).

  • Excellent oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Good organizational skills.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
