Across the UK we employ 1,400 people with over 30 different nationalities and we’re currently looking for a Branch Supervisor based at our new branch Stratford International Station .
What is this role all about?
As a Branch Supervisor you will motivate the frontline team to achieve maximum delivery of exceptional customer service and plan and ensure yield opportunities by actively planning fleet volumes and labour resources with demand. The Branch Supervisor will analyse and constantly improve financial performance through capturing all growth opportunities and maintaining low cost levels.
Your specific responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Delivering strong revenue growth
Ongoing margin improvements
Continuous improvement of service quality
Continuous improvement of customer excitement and experience
Employee satisfaction and development
Compliance and health & safety
What do we need from you?
This is a great opportunity for experienced Branch Supervisor / Team leader who has strong communication and time management skills, display outstanding leadership and organisational skills and have a natural ability to motivate and direct team members. You will also have previous experience in a sales environment.
