Customer Service Specialist (Job ID 130914)

  • Applicants must have excellent customer service skills excellent oral communication skills

  • Minimum 1 year customer service and sales experience – preferably in a call center environment

  • Proficient in navigation of computer application and possess typing proficiency

  • Ability to project a professional appearance

  • Ability to effectively engage in verbal interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds

  • Proficiency in working with diverse computer applications.

  • Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays. We are a 365/24/7 call center – must be flexible to work within these timeframes

  • 40 hours a week; possible overtime available
