The Hertz Corporation Rental Management Liaison in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Work with Insurance and outside companies to manage rental life in accordance with prescribed contract standards. Ensure quality of work is best in class while ensuring production standards are in accordance with departmental expectations.
Key Result Areas:
Use a 3rd party website to obtain rental coverages, authorizations and extensions
Handle inquiries from insurance adjusters as well as operations
Administer proper documentation to effectively communicate information to Hertz personnel regarding status of rental contracts
Update Hertz system as well as the 3rd party website
Handle all inquiries from insurance company as well as operations
Act as back up for other liaisons when assistance is needed with their workloads.
Report any problems/issues (i.e. system issues, work flows, etc ) to ensure continuous improvement and high level customer service is sustained
Maintain departmental production standards on a daily basis
Pass all quality audits within scope of departmental and insurance company standards
Ensure all rentals are managed in accordance with contractual standards.
Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with contacts
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all activities
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours to maintain customer service
Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
Preferred Requirements :
HLE experience preferred, not required
Insurance business experience preferred, not require
Telephone contact experience in a business/office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong decision making skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player
Must be detail oriented
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis Excel and Word)
Demonstrates ability to work well with others.
