General Responsibilities:

Parts clerks responsibilities

  1. Process and order all parts request.

  2. Process and receive all parts as received from vendor

  3. Validate all parts received per invoices

  4. Label parts and tires for technicians

  5. Put up stock parts, supplies and tires asap

  6. Review and monitor all open parts orders daily

  7. Process and monitor all returns per parts process

  8. Order all glass replacements

  9. Inventory assigned parts bins daily

  10. Return all factory exchange parts as needed

  11. List last renting city on specific invoices – Pcard reconciliation

  12. Perform parts line review process per schedule

  13. Complete and file Purchase Order paper work per parts department processes

Warranty Parts

  1. Purge warranty bins monthly

  2. Ship all warranty parts return requests timely

Paper Work

  1. Complete all paperwork daily per parts department system processes

  2. Complete return paperwork on all returns

  3. Complete tire reconciliation monthly count

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills PC experience

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and have good organizational skills

  • Ability to work overtime as required

  • Strong PC proficiency including MS Excel

  • Criminal Background Check required due to access of Personable Identifable Data (PID)
