Responsibilities:

  • Personally welcome all customers with a pleasant greeting and professional attitude at all times,

  • assist with luggage and answer questions in a friendly manner

  • Provide the customer with an invoice and a full explanation of their charges

  • Secure vehicle keys from the customer and ensure they stay with the vehicle while reminding customers to remove their personal belongings.

  • will work on the day-to-day aspects of the rental car business while using superior management, leadership and customer service skills.

  • will work with a wide range of employees, customers, vendors, and third party contractors to achieve the overall results and goals for your area of operations.

  • responsible for managing a unionized and/or non-unionized workforce, delivering quality customer service, increasing sales and revenue, scheduling adequate staff coverage, handling escalated customer issues and requests, recruiting new employees and providing them with training. You will be an expert in all of Hertz products and services and will coach employees how to improve their ability to sell and meet customer needs.

  • Additionally, depending on your assigned area you will be responsible for the rental fleet at your location including staying aware of hourly reservations, return counts, vehicle make and model availability, preventative maintenance schedules, etc. to achieve the greatest revenue and profitability

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist customers with luggage.

  • Pick up customers at arrival terminals / Drop off customers at departure terminals.

  • Determine whether a customer is a Gold, Standard, or Platinum member.

  • Communicate stops and other information via PA or Talking Bus System.

  • Communicates with other bus drivers via 10-codes.

  • Pre-trip and Post-trip bus inspection.

Must Haves:

  • At least 1 year of commercial driving experience or record or road test or alternatively

Responsibilities:

  • Check for vehicle damage and ensure features of the vehicles are operational.

  • Ensure interior of vehicle is clean. (Windows, door jams, trunk, vacuum, etc.)

  • Fill gasoline tank and check fill levels of all fluids.

  • Clean the exterior of vehicle.

Must Haves:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record

  • Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

  • Must be at least 20 years of age.
