Start date as soon as possible but candidates must be able to work shifts(Monday-Sunday 6am-10pm primarily 2pm-10pm in order to assist our US colleagues.)

Our European Service Centre office based in Swords Dublin employs approximately 900 people with over 29 different nationalities and we’re currently looking for numerous Contact Centre / Customer Service Agents to join the Customer Service department of 400
What is this role all about?
As a Contact Centre Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to incoming customer calls to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz products. Working in a friendly multi-lingual customer service team you will work in a fast paced environment as you aim to constantly go above and beyond for our customers
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls from the market, whilst converting the maximum number of these calls and enquiries into sales.
Sell Hertz products and services where appropriate to ensure that more and more customers are aware of and involved in Hertz loyalty programmes.
Achieve performance targets (sales, call-handling and quality) as set out by the Manager and Team Leaders.
Track all reservations on-request and provide the customer with a timely and efficient response.
What do we need from you?
Previous experience in a sales, customer service or contact centre environment
Fluency in English
Strong Sales Skills, persuasive, "selling" (rather than "telling")
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to prioritise
Ability to work in a Fast-paced environment
Socially-focused; with "how can I help you?" attitude
Good Team Player with ability to build and maintain relationships
Leaving Certificate or equivalent education standard required
