The Hertz Corporation FNOL Agent ( billing ) -Spanish Speaker - 6 Months Contract in Swords, Ireland
The FNOL examiner is responsible for the processing of all Hertz FNOL claims, passing Third Party claims to HCM, presenting to DCU completed documentation for the recovery of damage cost and replying to Hertz customers gathering supporting details for their damage charges.
Reporting the incidents - Claims are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
Open case and determine handling
Process claims -Damage costs are documented, liability is established and a claim is initiated against the relevant party where appropriate. Customer contacts Retrieve damage supporting documents and written communication with customer
Ensure the quality and accuracy of data entry into Strada (or HCM/e if Strada not yet implemented)
Ensure timely opening of all files with proper disposition to determine if the file is 1 st Party, 3 rd Party, or info only (supported by Strada system).
Match VDA’s to the claim
Once VDA is matched, if 3 rd Party, notify the holder of the file of the existence of the new document (Strada diary). If 1 st Party, notify the DCU of the existence of a complete file ready for collection by committing the case in Strada.
Reply to customers when contact is logged by customer services. Retrieve supporting documents as required.
Follow-up with the return location for submission of the E-ARF, pictures and any relevant supporting document when missing.
Maintain Strada database of COI accounts (when and where applicable), entering any new accounts and deleting any duplicated records.
Ensure corporate standards and procedures as set out in the HCM and Hertz procedures are adhered to.
Work towards set productivity and accuracy targets.
Any other ad hoc tasks, duties or projects as required.
High school diploma required
Previous experience in an office environment working with others desirable
Fluency in English and Spanish – Written & Spoken essential
Fluency in appropriate markets language – Written & Spoken essential
Good understanding or familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications
Ability to work independently.
