Our European Service Centre office based in Swords Dublin employs approximately 900 people with over 29 different nationalities and we’re currently looking for a Rent to Buy Agent to join the Rent to Buy team of 10.
What is this role all about?
The Rent to Buy Agent - French Speaker will be responsible for handling day-to-day Rent2Buy activities, including but not limited to incoming calls & emails. Ensuring maintenance of confidential customer files. Achievement of established Service Level & Key Performance Indicators, maintaining continuous focus on timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, customer service and quality.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Administration – process any administration attached to the Rent2Buy product in accordance with the Countries laws & guidelines.
Sales –proactively supporting customer through the on-line Sales process
Ensuring that all incoming calls are answered and outbound calls placed as required with ‘customer satisfaction’ being the overall primary objective to warrant the provision of accurate and helpful information to answer questions regarding any queries in relation to Rent2Buy product & services
Email handling – responding to customer/Operations emails with general information on the product on services within the determined service level Agreement.
Liaising with the Country Operations team to keep them updated on any customer/process/vehicle/procedural issues.
Ensure all Customer information are accurately maintained.
Meeting or exceeding established departmental performance measurements including quality, customer satisfaction & productivity as established by management
What do we need from you?
Educational level typically acquired through completion of secondary school.
Min 1-year Customer Service/Sales background or similar type of environment
Knowledge of proper customer relationship/customer service practices/direct sales practices.
Fluency in French and English languages essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to recognize, research and resolve basic and complex escalated issues
