General Responsibilities

Assist managers with car counts, lot checks, assignment of special equipment, and communication with customer service staff about availability of fleet. Assist customers and managers as needed on special assignment and projects.

Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Minimum of an Associate degree preferred

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record

Professional Experience:

  • Prior operations experience, preferably in a customer focused environment


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong, positive, can-do attitude

  • Flexible to work any schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • Must be able to carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management due to operational needs
