Management Development Program
Hertz: A Fast Track to Success
Whether you're a college graduate ready to begin your career or an experienced manager searching for new career challenges and rewards, our Management Development Program will provide you with the opportunity for a successful and satisfying career.
You are the brand ambassador providing the most valued experience to customers! You'll qualify and process customer rentals as well as perform! Emphasis are placed on selling and revenue maximization.
Entry-level, fast-track, well-designed management development program that offers great opportunities for advancement. You will gain a working, on-the-job knowledge, learn all aspects of our business and make management decisions.
Once you've completed the BM Trainee level, you'll be promoted to Management Associate. In this role, you'll have extensive interaction with our customers and continue learning more about Hertz.
As you gain more experience and display an ability to succeed on your own, you will be promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. You'll have expanded responsibilities and opportunities to learn even more about the car rental industry.
Final Role in the Program. Key leadership role where you'll use your past experiences and knowledge gained to manage all aspects of your Hertz branch location.
The objective of the Area Manager role is to increase market share, control fleet, meet and exceed its profitability targets, reach customer service goals, and develop staff. Responsible for customer and employee relations.
