Donlen needs experts in business analysis to help us develop and maintain our proprietary FleetWeb fleet management web-based software and systems. Business Analysis including:
Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.
Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
Defines improvements to business processes,
Assists decision-makers in gathering information to make decisions,
Occasionally steps in as a product owner or project manager as needed.
Ability to gather and analyze business data
Ability to apply tools to understand and improve business processes
Ability to translate business needs into actionable detailed business requirements
4-year college degree required in a technical discipline such as math, economics, finance, or computer science, or business preferred
5+ years business experience in project management or analytics
3+ years as a business analyst preferably in project management
Project management skills
Strong problem solving and decision making
Customer focused and experience with customer service
