General Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Business Analyst will provide administrative and analytical support to the Customer Experience team. This role will have responsibilities for tracking and managing key performance indicators for the organization to ensure world-class customer experience as well as developing training materials for the account management team.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Track and Measure Key Performance Indicators

  • Analyze operational metrics to identify opportunities for enhancements

  • Support Customer Experience Products

  • Assist with Customer Survey Development

  • Clearly communicate recommendations across the organization

  • Create SOPs and training documentation

  • Document business requirements for IT projects

  • Provide administrative support as necessary

Mandatory Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • 4-year College Degree required in business, finance, or a related field

  • One to two years of relevant experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

  • Fleet Management experience a plus

  • Aptitude for customer service and a high degree of professionalism

  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

  • Time management skills along with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Energetic and pro-active: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to translate data into identified opportunities with actionable business recommendations
