As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, contributing to a safety program and coordinating/scheduling work orders with parts and service vendors.

  1. Control vehicle cost on turnbacks

  2. Prep turnbacks for disposal

  3. Prep retail and wholesale vehicle for disposal

  4. Prepare VDA estimates (upon completion of Vale National class)

  5. Work no rev report

  6. Apply for license renewals

  7. Supervise maintenance operations

  8. Learn the blanket PO system and procedures

  9. Vending of mechanical and body damage cars according to procedure

  10. Maintain safety procedures and assist in maintenance safety projects

  11. Perform all maintenance paperwork (SRO, Tire Rec, Parts Inv, Shop equip inv, and tool inventory)

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record and automotive experience that includes fleet operations, body damage appraising and warranty repairs. ASE certification, college degree, prior experience in a supervisory role, dealership experience is preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including; weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

  • Must be computer literate with strong keyboarding skills.

  • Knowledgeable in rental car procedures and location operations.

  • 2+ years in a management or supervisory role overseeing the repair and maintenance of the vehicles within a multiple location organization.

  • Complex problem solving skills; proven ability to solve problems independently.

  • Must have excellent multi-tasking and verbal/written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage, develop and motivate staff.
