Mandatory Requirements

DUTIES:

  • Assessing vehicle damage and writing estimates on body damage vehicles.

  • Ordering parts

  • Working with and vending work to on lot vendors and body shops.

  • Ensuring all vended vehicles are tracked and inspecting completed body work.

  • Completing damage supplements.

  • Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Anything unsafe must be reported to a manager immediately.

  • Monitoring workflow and organization

  • Performs other minor related duties as assigned, which do not affect the value of the job.

Preferred Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred.

  • Completion of an accredited college or equivalent vehicle estimating program or two years proven experience as an automotive estimator.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and listening. Proficiency in English.

  • Possesses organizational, time management and quantitative skills and is detail oriented.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision making skills. Ability to demonstrate professionalism, adaptability and enthusiasm.

  • Computer literate.

  • Must have a valid Full G Driver’s License with an excellent driving record.

  • Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles (automatic).

  • Ability to handle a physically demanding routine as well as repetitive tasks.

  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

  • Able to work efficiently, with minimum supervision and in a fast paced environment.
