Your skills: What puts you in the driving seat?

  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service or contact centre environment

  • Fluency in XXX and a good standard of English is essential

  • Strong sales skills – where you are persuasive and ‘sell’ rather than ‘tell’

  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • People focused with a "How can I help you?" attitude

  • A good team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Leaving Certificate or an equivalent standard of education is required.

We are currently looking for some enormously talented Contact Centre Agents to join our brilliant Customer Service Team based in our European Shared Service, Swords Dublin.

This is in preparation for our busy Spring 2019 car rental season. And it’s not just one position that we’re looking to fill but a whole extra team! So it’s a great opportunity.

If you enjoy interacting with customers over the phone in a variety of situations – from handling the simplest transaction to figuring out complex booking scenarios – this role is for you.
