Our European Service Centre office based in Swords Dublin employs approximately 900 people with over 29 different nationalities and we're currently looking for a German speaking IT Analyst.
We will offer successful candidates who are overseas a relocation package.
What you'll do
Diagnose & resolve Wyse Terminal, printer and telecoms related problems
Resolve or call out the appropriate vendor for timely resolution
Provide local project management resource to local MIS team
Provide first and second level support to all departments for hardware/ software and application related issues
Assist in the assessment of new Help Desk operational standards and procedures
Provide a patient approach to problem solving
Manage IT Service Operations Share point site to ensure FAQ information is up-to-date
Investigate and resolve customer issues via first line customer contact in a timely and efficient manner within a multinational client base of non technical users in a call centre environment
Open and update document incident information within the Call Tracking System
Provide proper problem escalation and follow up to provide excellent Customer Service and ensure Customer satisfaction
Provide second level desk-top and remote support to extensive customer base in Hesc and Europe.
Ability to perform in a challenging and demanding environment
Provide problem analysis and resolve client issues with the aid of available helpdesk tools (e.g. SCCM and Knowledge base articles)
Effective liaison with third party vendors and resources
Keeping abreast of technological advances within own area of expertise
Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards

What you'll need
Minimum of 2 years working experience with operating systems Win 7, 8 & 10
Fluency in English & German
Minimum of 2 years working experience with software applications (MS Office, Lotus Notes, IBM Personal Communications)
Working experience with Cloud based operation systems and Environment. ( VMWare an advantage)
Working experience providing German technical support over the phone.
Working experience of MS Forefront Anti-virus, O/S Patches etc.
Working experience with client/server configurations is desirable
Working experience of Remote Control tools i.e. SCCM Desirable
