The Hertz Corporation Administrative Clerk in Eglin AFB, Florida
This is a Part Time position starting at $10.00 per hour. Minimum hours per week would be 24 hours.
Including, but not limited to:
Effective communication with co-workers
Ability to follow procedures
Ordering supplies including but not limited to: Auto glass, vehicle registrations, operational supplies, parts and tires
Daily updating of vehicles being repaired
Assist with moving vehicles and keying movements of vehicles
Assist with operational ordering
Daily communication with vendors on WIP units
Accounting for credit card receipts and reconciling of orders
Researching for proper accounting of charges
Organization and attention to detail
Computer savy with Windows, Word, Excel
Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask.
Must have good customer service skills.
Strong typing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
