The Hertz Corporation Administrative Clerk in Eglin AFB, Florida

General Responsibilities

This is a Part Time position starting at $10.00 per hour. Minimum hours per week would be 24 hours.

Job Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

  • Inventory

  • Effective communication with co-workers

  • Ability to follow procedures

  • Ordering supplies including but not limited to: Auto glass, vehicle registrations, operational supplies, parts and tires

  • Daily updating of vehicles being repaired

  • Assist with moving vehicles and keying movements of vehicles

  • Assist with operational ordering

  • Daily communication with vendors on WIP units

  • Accounting for credit card receipts and reconciling of orders

  • Phone answering

  • Researching for proper accounting of charges

  • Towing setups

  • Organization and attention to detail

  • Computer savy with Windows, Word, Excel

Mandatory Requirements


  • Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask.

  • Must have good customer service skills.

  • Strong typing skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
