The Hertz Corporation Brand Marketing Manager in Estero, Florida

General Responsibilities

The primary mission of the Hertz Brand Marketing Manager role is:supporting the Hertz brand development throughshaping, driving, and supporting a multi-channel approach to marketing. This role is critical in leading and supporting the marketing plans, across the company’s business channels, to ensure continuity in HERTZ brand and messaging to create efficiencies and business results to deliver a best in class experience across all customer touch points.

  • Partner with marketing leadership to create and execute annual marketing plan for the Hertz brand in conjunction with category managers, internal business channel partners and marketing channel owners to achieve organizational business objectives.

  • Define, develop, lead implementation of integrated marketing communication plans for defined segments including brief of creative teams (internal and external),lead creative development efforts with agency partners, lead cross functional team effort to ensure campaigns deliver against objectives and partner with analytics team to track, measure and report performance.

  • Work with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to manage the execution of critical marketing needs for any corporate, AP or any other (excluding small business and HLE) HERTZ brand needs.

  • Anticipate and inform partners on important developments, potential problems, and related information to ensure coordinated work efforts.

  • Ensure clear and consistent execution of all deliverables across all channels.

  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop productive relationships with agency partners and key marketing vendors to support current and future organizational goals.

  • Benchmark best practices and drive results that maximize organizational effectiveness.

  • Ensure projects are coming in on time and within budget.

  • Stay current on market, competition, and trends including analysing current marketing tactics, concepts, practices and procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background:

Degree in Marketing, advertising or other business discipline (Master’s preferred).

Professional Experience:

5+ years of experience in Marketing. A proven track record in brand management, advertising or marketing positions.
