The Hertz Corporation Consumer Insight and Analytics Manager in Estero, Florida
Hertz Global Holdings is looking for an eCommerce Consumer Insight and Analytics Manager to track, understand, analyze and provide insight across Hertz’ digital platforms (desktop, mobile web, & app). The desired candidate will be a customer first individual who loves to dive deep into data, synthesizes it with other learning, and creates actionable insights which grow the business. Building revenue through superior customer understanding and a bias toward immediate action is a must. This position is a critical position in the organization, who will have frequent access to the VP and other Senior leaders to ensure we are a customer first, revenue driving operation.
Partner with Marketing & IT stakeholders to identify, analyze and address key business questions that help improve website conversion rates and user experience
Manage key suppliers to design, execute, and summarize in depth research which changes the game for the Hertz Digital Assets.
Work across all E-Commerce functional areas and agency partners to connect individual actions with bottom-line results and achieve optimal results
Manage consumer understanding and customer journey, NPS, website optimization based on heat mapping of the site
Implement recommendations into design and content of all digital assets
Build custom analytics dashboards and reports that effectively communicate digital performance to varied audiences
Provide regular reporting to measure progress against goals, provide actionable insights and inform ongoing strategy
Creates vision and action plan to engage multi-functionals to achieve goals.
Reports to Direct of eCommerce Analytics & Insights
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, economics or other business major.
5-7 years’ experience in customer understanding, analytics, or other related field.
Demonstrated history of identifying opportunity and delivering improved digital performance
Must be a driven and curious self-starter who can identify areas for improvement
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, ability to interpret data to make decisions
Must be extremely organized, able to effectively manage the workflow of multiple projects while working in a rapidly changing environment
Collaborative individual who enjoys partnering with colleagues
Results-oriented agent of strategic change
Problem solver who thrives on challenges and can simplify the complex
