Facilities & Construction Analyst - North America, reporting to Facilities Management

Job purpose

The Facilities & Construction Analyst performs analytical, technical and administrative activity work in support of the Facilities and Construction Management. Perform analysis with the Facilities related business units to identify costs and process efficiencies, create specifications and coordinate service providers.

The F&C Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Generate and analyze reports.

  • Track the progress of projects & initiatives.

  • Coordinate activities of the Regional Management team, including, but not limited to performance improvement initiatives, health and safety management, department training, budget management and operational activities.

  • Support the ongoing management and development of department best practices.

  • Interface between internal departments to ensure continuity of delivery across the business.

  • Administer company CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System).

  • Manage vendor relationships.

  • Initiate supplier contracts with Procurement and set up for purchase order and invoicing transactions.

  • Coordinate suppliers, activity, summarize bids and forward to stakeholders under the direction of the Facilities team. Review and approve service reports, time sheets and invoices.

  • Analyze Facilities’ cost, budget and performance metrics and provide reports as requested. Recommend cost and process improvements.

  • Assist Facilities’ customers with service requests and information.

  • Provide lease abstract information to determine landlords’ responsibilities.

  • Maintain records and distribution information as directed by Facilities Management.


Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background:

  • College Degree preferred or equivalent experience with 3+ years Facilities Services in a large multi-site environment

Professional Experience:

  • Knowledge of Facility Management 3+ year

  • Business Analysis experience 2+ years

  • Experience with Energy Management a plus.

  • Proficient with applications such as Technical level with

  • Microsoft Professional Office tools- Access, Excel, and Word

  • Abode Acrobat

  • Oracle a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to lead improvement teams
