The Hertz Corporation Incentive Analyst in Estero, Florida

General Responsibilities

The Incentive Analyst report into the Manager Compensation and will assist with the administration of the frontline compensation plan by collaborating with members of field HR, Operations and Finance to optimize incentive processes and standards, and provide guidance and support to the business.

Mandatory Requirements

Key result areas:

  1. Process and administer the monthly incentives for frontline representatives.

  2. Advise HR business partners and managers in the administration of current incentive programs, and resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.

  3. Maintain and develop complex databases and reports for incentive programs and evaluation of results.

  4. Conduct analysisto ensure compliance with the company’sincentiveplans as well as assist in conducting SOX reviews.

  5. Assist in theincentive plan designprocess by preparing statistical analysis, data modelling.

  6. Provide recommendations for new or revised policies, processes, and procedures, and ensure that implementation occurs timely and policies and procedures are followed consistently.

  7. Prepare and distribute bonus plan documents annually and as needed through the year.

  8. Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

  9. Actively participate in compensation related projects and system implementations.
