The Hertz Corporation Integration Deployment Manager in Estero, Florida
The Integration Deployment Manager will be responsible to manage, plan and coordinate the deployments for all Data Integration and Data Migration activities as part of the Integration Factory (InFact). Key partners will be the InFact Development and Testing staffs as well as Hertz IT teams and Vendors to schedule and communicate deployment orders.
Management of Global Integration Factory Master Plan, ensuring that all involved project team members understand and agree on the project deliverables and dates.
Key Result Areas:
Experience leading data and development teams in the building of systems, applications, and/or integrations
Experience to coordinate with multiple teams, capture all implementation activities and work towards UAT and production deployments
Ensure that the organization's release controls are documented and well understood by development Teams and Program Support Teams
Define, monitor and manage a detailed deployment plan
Ensure deployment plan has been documented along with a back out plan should anything go wrong during deployment
Identify and navigate potential issues to meet deadlines and schedules.
Define, monitor, and manage the Integration Factory Master Plan, ensuring that all involved project team members understand and agree on the project deliverables and dates
Accountable for resource activities, including scheduling/ task planning, assignments and tracking across multiple project teams
Partner with C2C Project teams to manage program priorities, mitigate risks, allocate the correct resources and identify key SME’s
Effectively collect, consolidate and communicate the project/ deployment status to all team members, and C2C Program leadership
Experience developing data integrations to support large scale IT integration in hybrid cloud environment
Ensure multiple projects are aligned with strategic and tactical objectives
Remains current on data integration, interface development / languages, cloud technologies, and operations trends.
Continually create process and delivery improvements to reduce integration build cycle time across the transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration/Accounting, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.; Prefer advanced degree
8+ years’ experience with team leadership, application development, systems Integration, and execution of multiple simultaneous and/or large projects.
8+ of experience in at least two IT disciplines (Program Management, IT operations, solution delivery, application development, infrastructure)
Prior Management experience leading large-scale initiatives
3+ years’ experience in large scale IT transformations
2+ years’ experience in cloud architecture and modern interface development
Experience as Technical Development/ Deployment Lead for complex project
Must have an advanced understanding of large-scale program management
Experience managing multi-vendor, onshore/offshore organizations
Experience developing best practices for production support and governance of technologies
Experience overseeing operational management policies and procedures
Experience monitoring supplier contracts, specifically tracking performance toward statements of work or service descriptions
Expert in leading large global initiatives and integration efforts
Expert in leading technical migration, integration and consolidation activities
Self motivated leader with forward-thinking visionary and entrepreneurial thinking to lead the change
Be a Catalyst to bring people together for a common vision
Highly self-motivated and directed with an attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical staff and the business.
Demonstrated ability to analyse facts and data to understand issues and problems, and identify solution alternatives.
Coordinate system changes across multiple platforms, develop and execute comprehensive project plans, and negotiate project scope, deliverables, and schedule.
