Leadership Development Partner

The Talent Development Manager will play a leadership role in the design and implementation of performance management, employee development, leadership development, succession management and career development for the global organization. Our vision is to build a robust Talent management program that is a key driver of business results. As the Manager of Talent Development, you will research strategies, source solutions, collaborate with key stakeholders, and create/implement action plans in these areas. This role is located in Estero, FL. Travel up to 30% of the time may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs that promote the growth and development of employees at varying levels throughout the organization.

  • Function as an expert to create simple tools to help drive performance and support development

  • Provide training and resources to leaders across the business to encourage a culture of balanced and timely feedback throughout the year and the performance cycle.

  • Implement a coaching framework, along with the resources to implement and sustain effective conversations

  • Collaborate with teams across HR and the business to design and develop the operational blueprint for all the talent management processes.

  • Develop, implement and evaluate leadership programs for company’s mid-management and executive levels.

  • Research the best methods for creating outstanding leaders and develop training programs based on current research

  • Implement high-potential leader programs that create a strong pipeline of talent

  • Maintain strong relations with leaders to ensure that talent management processes and practices are in alignment with the organization.

  • Provide impactful consultation on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, career management, etc.

  • Develop communication and marketing methods to educate employees on tools and resources.

  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other L&D peers to develop and execute an incorporated approach to development, learning and talent management.

  • Provide counsel and leadership to business leaders to develop training programs that align with the company’s strategy.

  • Design and implement pioneering programs that develop and support the talent of the company.

  • Work with clients to assess development needs, perform gap analysis, design and lead programs that build people management skills and capabilities

  • Initiates bench-marking of internal and external best practices and applies learnings to the development of internal programs.

Required Skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field. Advanced degree strongly preferred.

Experience :

  • Five to eight (5-8) years of HR, Training, or Organizational Development experience, with demonstrated experience in all or most of these areas: leadership development and delivery, talent management, succession management, competency development, performance management, and coaching models

Skills Needed:

  • Demonstrated adult learning implementation and driving performance through impactful training.

  • Demonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders.

  • Demonstrated ability in project and workload management

  • Exceptional ability to earn trust of subject matter experts and stakeholders

  • Ability to translate strategic goals into appropriate development and learning programs or tools

  • Dynamic interpersonal, communication and presentation/facilitation skills.
