General Responsibilities

Loyalty Analyst– Hertz

The Loyalty Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing all activations for the Hertz Customer Rewards Portfolio. A key contributor to the success of the programs, this individual will evaluate all offers and partnerships and recommend optimization options across all activities. In addition, they will create and own the budget for the total program, ensuring activities deliver on the growth and profitability targets.

  • Partner with the analytics team and evaluate the effectives of all loyalty activations

  • Coordinate and provide monthly reporting of all activities and their contribution to the business plan

  • Complete monthly forecast review in partnership with finance, accounting and vendors, framing up risks and opportunities

  • Provide decision support and recommendations by comparing performance across programs to help inform future action planning

  • Develop and update all program budgets

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong analytics background. Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance or Accounting preferred

  • 2+ years of business analysis required, forecast and P&L experience a plus

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including ability to formulate business insights from data

  • Able to transform quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations and communicate them in a compelling way

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt work style/processes in a fast paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships on a cross-functional team and influence others through financial analysis with proven ability to interact with various levels of management
