The Hertz Corporation Temporary- Analyst, Sales Support in Estero, Florida

General Responsibilities

Scope of Position:

Headquarters position to provide sales support and analytics to field sales, SS&Ops and Sales Management.

Reports to : Sr. Director, Sales Administration

Duration: Approximately 6-7 months. Targeted start date is January 2019 with an estimated end date of August 2019

Principle Responsibilities Include:

I. Onboarding

  • Pipeline for talent

  • Coordination of Onboarding 30, 60, 90 day checklist for Sales AMs, Managers and Admin.

  • Onboarding new employees - Coordination of system access, hardware and phones for new hires.

  • Create and conduct Survey for newly onboarded employees.

  • Coordinate equipment laptop and mobile phone replacement as needed for sales organization.

  • Coordinate retrieval of equipment for departing employees.

II. Training

  • New Hire Training Class coordination.

  • Developmental Training Log.

  • Metrics & Measurement.

III. Organizational Structure

  • Maintain Sales Department Organizational Charts, headcount, directories and monthly reconciliation with HR. Maintain area # and territory changes with history and directory updates.

  • Territory management & alignment.

  • Account transfers.

  • Maintain and update Sales distribution lists in Outlook.

IV. Events, Trade Shows & Meetings

  • Support coordination of internal management meetings, incentive programs, customer events and tradeshows as needed.

  • Maintain inventory control of promotional items and trade show materials, shipping and receiving.

  • Manage and coordinate promotional material needs with exhibit and tradeshow needs for field.

  • Coordinate production of promotional items such as pamphlets, backdrops, retractables, etc.

V. Compensation

  • Assist with Comp plan development.

  • Branch Assignments.

  • State Farm/Insurance Assignments.

  • MBO Measurement Reporting and Reconciliation.

VI. Sales Support

  • Sales Effectiveness Newsletter – create and coordinate content quarterly.

  • Privacy Letters: Maintain and update Electronic and Standard Templates. Process incoming letters, review for accuracy and forward for signature.

  • Maintain HCM Verification File quarterly and update for distribution. Work with HCM team and ESIS team on accident claim research and resolution.

  • Coordinate Hertz Datalink, Res Link and requests requiring e-forms.

Mandatory Requirements

• An Associates level degree

• Two or more years of related work experience.

• Solid PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail orientated

• Strong organizational skills
