General Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

Supports health and welfare benefits team with data analysis, audits and special projects.

Supports the retirement plan team with the following:

  • Data gathering / research for Actuarial Calculations

  • Scanning / filing / logging Retirement Information

  • Mail Sorting

  • Building and mailing retirement packages

  • Auditing Returned Retirement Packages

  • Creating Letters for incomplete / inaccurate retirement packages

  • Returning Calls to Participants to answer Pension and 401(k) inquiries

  • Bulk mailings and print jobs

  • 401(k) report research

  • Email / Call Center Ticket response handling

Mandatory Requirements

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrates resourcefulness, excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Good, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and networking skills.

  • Adaptable and flexible to changing work priorities.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
