The Hertz Corporation Travel & Event Analyst in Estero, Florida

General Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs Concur Optimization analysis to ensure user productivity/adoption

  • Build dashboards and reports on best-practices to analyze spend and monitor trends

  • Create budget metrics for event spend and cost savings analysis

  • Evaluate new program opportunities to enhance traveler experience

  • Reconciliation of all meetings, events and travel related expenses

  • Analyze airline and hotel programs to ensure full optimization

  • Support meeting planning and logistics, including:

  • Manage transfers

  • Name badges

  • Room lists

  • Awards

  • Signage

  • Breakouts

  • Sourcing hotels

  • Airline reservations

  • Team building events

  • Onsite meeting coordination

  • Manage food and beverage requirements

  • Complete final checks on day of event to ensure everything meets standards

Mandatory Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to support project teams & work effectively, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment

  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates a collaborative nature and team-oriented approach.

  • The ability to handle tasks independently, as well as with a team

  • A strong customer service orientation, positive attitude and be self-motivated to complete assigned projects

  • Superior Excel skills

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
