The Hertz Corporation Account Service Representative in Etobicoke, Ontario

General Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Assist with Gold Enrollment, Reservations, and General Questions

  • Assist with the implementation and Process of Guaranteed Charge Card (GCC) and Hertz Charge Card (HCC) Applications

  • Order reports for accounts on a monthly, quarterly and/or yearly basis and format to the Client’s specifications (if requested)

  • Customization of reporting based on specific account specifications

  • Coordinate the handling of all VIP reservations with follow-up

  • Build relationships with Account Contacts

  • Liaise with Hertz Claims Management with claim issue investigation/business use confirmation

Perform the following Navigator functions:

  • Update Business Review Sheets, and all extra rate information, not updated by Sales Systems, including competitive rates and market share

  • Update Contact Information

  • Gain knowledge to generate opportunities/quotes and agreements in Navigator sales tool

  • Update all extra rate information, not updated by Sales Systems

  • Gain knowledge on completing the Agreement preparation process in Navigator

Perform all aspects of the Detailed Pricing Request (DPR)

including:

  • Running Reports in both Data Warehouse and RADAR

  • Completing GC Impact

  • Inputting report data into DPR

Implementation of Rate Program:

  • Assist in implementation of new programs

  • Work with Account Manager and Client Contact to ensure proper implementation of contract rates and benefits

Request For Pricing (RFP):

  • Gain the knowledge necessary to assist in the coordination of a global Request forProposal

  • Assist in completing RFP questions.

  • Help in coordinating responses and Attachments into RFP response.

Mandatory Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors Degree Required

Skills

  • Strong administrative and Computer Skills ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills , communicate effectively with customers and within the Hertz Organization

  • Team player

  • Detail-oriented

  • Good organization skills
