Driver / Valeter – Central London

Zero hour contract – to include weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays - £8.20 per hour

As a multi-faceted Customer Service Returns and Driver Valeter, no two days will be the same, In fact, you can be guaranteed that no two hour will the same working across our busy London locations (St Pancras, Russell Square, Marble Arch or Victoria).

As a key member of the London team and reporting directly to the Branch Supervisor and/or Duty Manager you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring the continued growth, success and profitability of Hertz London.

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment

  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm with lots of passion

  • Good communication skills both written and oral

  • Great organisational skills and an ability to multi task

  • Strong PC skills

  • Ability to work in a Fast-paced and pressurised environment

  • A "how can I help you" attitude

  • Must have a full driving license otherwise you will not be considered

  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays
