The Hertz Corporation Commissions Analyst in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

General Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuringthat commission payments are accurate and paid on time.

  • Process weekly Retail Car Sales Rep commission.

  • Handle inquiries from all retail stores, R2B store, and Dealer Direct reps concerning missing commission payments.

  • Working with location managers and sales reps to verify sales and commission issues.

  • Creating yearly commissions schedule for the Retail group and forwarding to all the store managers.

  • Add new areas and employees into the commissions system. Update the commission system for terminated employees.

  • Track vacation time in the commission system for commission vacation pay for sales reps employed over 1 year.

  • Responsible for getting Document Direct Commission Reports access for store managers who do not have access yet at their locations. Send the area reports to those managers at their request until access is granted. Reports are available Friday mornings.

  • Commission needs to be manually calculated on a monthly basis for Retail Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and F&I Managers then submitted to the Sr. Director, Retail Car Sales in Estero, FL for review and approval then sent to payroll.

  • Commission needs to be manually calculated on a monthly basis for Dealer Direct Reps then submitted to the Director - Dealer Direct Remarketing Operations for review and approval.

  • New hire Retail Car Sales Rep commission guarantees to be calculated monthly for sales reps.

  • Revise master payout worksheets for the Retail, R2B, and Dealer Direct groups whenever there is a commission plan change, and ensure all new changes are implemented correctly.

  • Responsible for quarterly SOX control reviews and yearly SOX audits (if one is conducted).

Mandatory Requirements

  • MS Office experience required – Excel, Access

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work calmly with employees regarding their salaries

  • Must be able to keep information confidential

  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Economics, Math, Business preferred)

  • 2+ years reporting and analytics experience
