We are adding to our Customer Service Team!

  • Paid training beginning July 16, 2018

  • Department is open 5 days/week

  • Hours of Operation are 6:00am – 9:00pm

  • Benefits for Full Time employees after 60 days of employment

  • Inbound Call Center environment

  • Strong Customer Service skills required

  • Excellent verbal communication skills required

  • Desire to help people and work through stressful situations

  • Able to stay calm under pressure and be a problem solver

  • Starting pay $13.00/hr

  • Professional attire and resume required to interview

Mandatory Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and excellent oral communications skills.

  • Must be able to type 25 wpm (test will be given).

  • Good decision making skills.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Customer Service Representatives must be willing to work any hours between 6:00am - 9:00pm - Monday - Friday.

Physical Requirements:

Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following such as sitting, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, typing, filing, seeing, and reading. Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine is required.
