The Hertz Corporation HLE Analyst - HertzOne in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

General Responsibilities

The primary mission of this position is to serve as the customer support point of contact for the Hertz One application, interacting with body shops, Hertz Sales, Hertz Operations, OKC Replacement Services, and other related technical support groups to verify, create, and maintain user logon profiles in the Hertz One application. Manage all body shop profiles in HLES.

  • Verify and coordinate new internal and external users for setup in HertzOne. Apply reason to decisions on whom to provide access to or not.

  • Reconcile and control the body shop profiles in both HLES and Hertz One.

  • Update workload assignments in HIRMS for new set ups.

  • Develop and prepare IT intake for customized body shop reporting requests.

  • Handle all customer service issues on inquiries and troubleshooting.

  • Provide regular feedback to Replacement Services management on recurring issues, concerns and questions.

  • Perform user testing on programming changes prior to implementation.

  • Serve as key contact and Subject Matter Expert for Hertz One user interface

  • Effectively and professionally communicate both verbally and written inside and outside the Hertz organization

  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and quality.

  • Must have flexibility to adjust to changing business needs.

  • Assist department management in special projects, as needed

Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma - Some college preferred

Professional Experience:

  • Customer Service background

  • Experience with HLE Insurance Replacement Preferred

  • Proficiency with technology including rental counter systems, application support, system interfaces and systems with integrations


  • Knowledge of HLES and HIRMS

  • Hertz policies and procedures

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office


  • Strong organization skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others

  • Customer service skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities

  • Ability to work with various levels of Hertz management in Sales, Operations and Customer Care.

  • Ability to work with various levels of employees and management with 3 rd party vendors, Customers, Insurance Companies and Body Shops
