The Hertz Corporation Wholesale Remarketing Processor in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

General Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities of the Wholesale Remarketing Processor are as follows:

  • Accounts payable through Oracle and Advent for our Retail Reconditioning

  • Process refund documents for all Dealer Direct Transactions. Submit arbitration requests to Fleet Accounting. Log and document negotiations of vehicle arbitration settlements with Manager and buyer. Verify settlements comply within operating procedures.

  • Review and update transactions for online auction sales process for undamaged vehicles.

  • Process all auction & Dealer Direct payables.

  • Ensure accurate posting of the appropriate inventory of vehicles and ensure company sales goals are met.

  • Track titles to ensure they are arriving to auction in a timely manner, work for resolution to problem titles.

  • Assist in monitoring and reporting dashboards for past due funding and payment, ECR and photo completion metrics, Auction, Direct, Smart Auction, Openlane sales, submit to management.

  • Process and track all 767, CARMAX, Dealer Track,Smart Auction, Auction Direct, Openlane sales through Dealer Direct.

  • Handle title tracking on all Wholesale and Dealer Direct transactions.

  • Assist with daily pricing review for Dealer Direct Sales transactions, partner with Manager to submit counters, denials, or approvals provided by Manager.

  • Must be comfortable working with auctions and reps providing excellent customer service

  • Team work is a must to complete tasks and reach goals

  • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

  • MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Access

Preferred Requirements

  • 2 years of college education with associates degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Car Rental or fleet experience

  • Insurance or subrogation experience preferred

  • Carrent, Vision, Oracle and ASAP knowledge preferred

  • Understanding of insurance industry policy

  • Understanding of wholesale auction disposal process with internet transactions

  • Understanding of damage estimation practices and internal policies
