The Hertz Corporation Maintenance Clerk / Administrative (part time) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

General Responsibilities

Candidate will be working in the Hertz Rental Car Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Clerk. Current job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Send and receive calls from vendors

  • Process paperwork for vehicles being sent for repair

  • Communicate regularly with Body Appraisers and Maintenance Managers on vehicles vended for repairs

  • Scan vehicle paperwork into electronic database

  • Daily follow-up of all overdue vehicles - mechanical and body damage

  • Manage purchase orders for goods not received

  • Issue and control documents for vehicle movements

  • Data entry to include entering documents into Salvage program

Mandatory Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Strong typing skills

  • Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask in a busy office

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Flexible to work between 7AM-6PM M-F, Saturday as needed and holidays

  • Experience in automotive industry a plus!
