The Hertz Corporation Human Resources Coordinator Intern in Port Newark, New Jersey
The position is to provide temporary administrative support services which includes: data entry, phone calls, indexing, filing, light typing, processing checks and mail.
Data entry work which includes adding claim features or new setups for clients
Orders CIB and Police Reports as needed
Creating system generated letters
Opening mail, indexing and distributing to the technical staff
Handling telephone calls, taking messages and directing calls to the technical staff
Performing the e-foldering and scanning functions
Process incoming and outgoing checks and maintain required logs
Manage the file room so that files are in numeric order, adequate space is available and closed files are shipped to off site storage facilities
Educational Background: High School Degree or equivalent.
At least one year of clerical experience in an office business environment with a high volume of activity
Insurance industry experience preferred
Data processing in a computer system
Customer Service requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Word
