As a Location Manager Trainee (LMT) you will be given the opportunity to learn all aspects of the Hertz rental business model and how to effectively manage and grow a successful business.
As a LMT you will learn the day-to-day aspects of the rental car business while you develop superior management, leadership and customer service skills including how to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and co-workers. You’ll learn proper sales strategies / techniques for all of Hertz products and services while honing your problem solving and continuous improvement skills. Additionally, you will get a chance to learn the critical aspects of fleet management including how to effectively manage the fleet to achieve the greatest revenue and profitability.

An ability to learn all aspects of the rental car business from Customer Experience, Sales, Fleet Management, Maintenance, Vehicle Service, Vehicle Replenishment and Financial Analysis

An ability to be a Hertz Brand Ambassador at all times as you seek to create a positive environment and solutions that generate continued customer and employee loyalty
Skills needed to be a LMT:
Strong management, communications, customer service, problem solving, and sales skills
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Strong planning and logistical skills
A four-year degree is preferred for this role
