Position can be located in either Sterling VA, New York, Boston or BWI

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Director is a field sales management position overseeing the Market Sales Manager role. This individual is responsible for achieving regional income and expense targets along with driving individual areas of regional responsibility results in the areas of Program Execution, Extraordinary Customer Experience and Sales Discipline. Additionally, the Regional Sales Director is required to build and maintain strong carrier relationships and execution of the company’s sales program to deliver Value Added Services sales results faster and better than our peers.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Drive Sales and Income:

  • Responsible and Accountable for achieving Regional Sales Budgets, Gross Profit and EBITDA Targets and manage Region P&L.

  • Consistently reach quarterly goals and objectives set by VP of Value Added Services

  • Report daily sales and productivity metrics to the VP of Value Added Services

  • Conduct follow up sales calls with all Market Sales Managers and Customer Service Directors

  • Conduct regular site tours with Regional Vice Presidents, Vice President of Valued Added Sales, Market Sales Managers and other key decision makers.

  • Monitor and provide feedback on all key KPI Metrics to Field based Value-Added Service personnel.

  • Conduct quarterly launch meetings for all employees in the region

  • Be able to lead by example by demonstrating how to perform sales techniques

  • Maintain a proficient knowledge and ability to sell at point of sale using all applicable systems

  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned region.

  • Organize and hold regional activities to increase team development and camaraderie

  • Maintain a current and in-depth knowledge surrounding industry news and trends

  • Conduct monthly review calls with VP of Value Added Services, Regional Vice President and other C-Level Executives.

Develop Employees

  • Maintain continued employee progress through the regional talent review process

  • Drive 100% completion of all training programs for associates

  • Maintain staffing levels at all times

Operational Efficiency:

  • Ensure all site level routines are executed

  • Monitor and manage the monthly operations scorecard
