We have an exciting opportunity for a People Change Manager to join the International HR team based in Uxbridge.
As this is a new role, and so, an evolving position, candidates should enjoy and be comfortable with change, ambiguity, autonomy and thrive in a dynamically transforming environment.
Reporting to the Director of Talent & Development, International, the People Change Manager will play an important role in ensuring that all People and Talent related change initiatives are delivered on time to set standards and KPIs. The role will deliver a change management service across the full range of People related services including employee engagement, succession management, talent acquisition, performance management, talent development and culture change.
Is known for ensuring the effective delivery of people change initiatives to set standards and agreed timescales. Providing guidance and support to Talent and HR leads to ensure they are on track to deliver identified changes to our people proposition.
Manages change initiatives at pace and delivers against key milestones set in the HR Imperatives/People plan
Scoping and Defining Change
Works with HR colleagues across Europe to scope and define any people change requirements and ensure that the outcomes, benefits, budget and approvals are agreed.Responds to and manages change activities to ensure successful delivery of required outcomes
Implement a best practice project delivery model across the HR team to ensure consistent delivery of standards. Learns from good practice and benchmarks across other organisations to tap into new initiatives and approaches beneficial to Hertz
Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to maximise the successful implementation of the People plan across the business
Communication and reporting
Manages the communication process between the US and International on all people/Talent programmes, for example, Employee Voice, Performance Management, providing regular updates and highlighting any risks and issues

Has knowledge and in-depth experience of Change Management methodology and tools

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
Ability to work effectively as a team player as well as the ability to work independently
