What is this role all about?
Based in Uxbridge the Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for working with and providing a variety of support and analysis to Sales personnel within all Hertz UK Sales segments generating multi-million dollars in annual revenue. This role acts as a key contact for In-Country and Global Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Operations teams and interacts with all levels of management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Production of reports with rental information on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. These reports are sent to both internal and external customers directly.
Create and update Hertz UK pricing proposals
Contract administration management for all Hertz UK Domestic and Pan European accounts
Provide the overall Hertz UK Sales Team with administrative and analytical support
Support the Operational selling Team with contract set up to drive revenue locally
Providing assistance via email and telephone to all customers
What do we need from you?
Educated to minimum A ‘Level standard. Degree Level preferred.
Previous experience in a busy office environment in similar role
Previous experience of working with multiple departments and different levels of management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint to intermediate / advanced level.
